Description
Key Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
+ Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
+ Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates
+ Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
+ Assist recruiters with sourcing and pipeline management
+ Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding documentation
+ Prepare offer letters and assist with offer administration
+ Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes
+ Track recruiting metrics and generate reports as needed
+ Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application to hire
