Role Overview

The Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading end-to-end talent acquisition activities for Infrarose, ensuring the organisation attracts, assesses, and hires the talent required to deliver business objectives.

This role operates in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment and requires an incumbent who is both strategic and hands‑on, capable of building recruitment frameworks while personally driving critical searches, engaging senior stakeholders, and influencing high‑calibre candidates to join the organisation in the DRC market.
