Overview We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for our client, who operates in the IT sector based in Dubai.
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles.
- Partner with stakeholders and managers to drive talent acquisition strategies and goals.
- Report recruitment activities and find new ways to improve processes.
- Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong talent pool.
- Monitor and enhance recruiting analytics.
- Manage the talent acquisition budget.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment process for technology hiring with a strong background in candidate sourcing.
- Experience using recruitment ATS systems.
