As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Westwing, you will play a key role in strengthening our talent pipeline, elevating hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience. In this hands-on and impact-driven role, you will balance full-cycle recruiting with strategic and creative initiatives that contribute to our vision of becoming the Superbrand in Design. You will directly influence our ability to attract and hire outstanding talent, with a dedicated focus on driving our recruitment in Munich and Poland. Collaborating closely with local and global stakeholders, you will act as a key talent partner across both markets while maintaining a strong customer mindset to ensure a seamless, best-in-class recruiting journey.
