Position Overview
Job Summary:
The Manager β Talent Acquisition (Technology) partners closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics leaders, along with HR and TA Leads, to deliver high-impact hiring solutions and a world-class candidate experience. This role is responsible for translating evolving business and technology needs into actionable hiring strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment, and ensuring seamless onboarding of top-tier tech talent.
Key responsibilities:
Translate business and technology requirements into structured, executable hiring plans across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics roles
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders
