Talent Acquisition Operations Lead – LATAM

This role ensures consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment processes while aligning LATAM operations with integral TA strategy. Acting as the operational backbone for the region, the leader partners with recruiters, HRBPs, business leaders, and global TA to optimize workflows, enhance data‑driven decision‑making, and elevate the overall candidate and recruiter experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead and standardize recruitment operations across LATAM in alignment with global TA frameworks. Optimize processes, workflows, and technology usage, driving automation and efficiency. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
