We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence across our talent acquisition function in Malaysia and the broader APAC region. You will own and optimise TA processes, deliver data‑driven insights and partner with TA leaders and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

• Own and continuously improve end‑to‑end Talent Attraction processes across requisition management, interview coordination and selection.
