About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal talent team at Nova Systems. In this role, you'll deliver end-to-end recruitment services across our ANZ business, supporting stakeholders in our MSP, Integrated Solutions, and business functions.

You will partner with hiring managers to design effective sourcing strategies across technically complex projects and connect people to Nova's purpose, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience with us.
