About the role

Our wonderful Anna is heading off on maternity leave in Spetember and we are looking for an equally amazing Talent Partner (high volume recruiter) to cover her leave for 12 months (from Sept 2026). You will be joining an experienced, outgoing and hardworking Talent and supportive management team, who are at the ready to advise, develop and help you succeed in your role. You will be recruiting for our casual pool of candidates (Metflex) for our 40 Villages across New Zealand. This is a busy, high volume and important position in our team. You will work closely with the other members of the Metflex team to really get our casual pool pumping.
