We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Partner (Fresh Grads)
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support Singapore-based clients by managing the full recruitment cycle and partnering closely with consultants to understand their hiring needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy building connections and are eager to launch a fulfilling career in talent acquisition or HR.
Location: Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with SG Consultants to understand clients' staffing needs
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels
- Conduct initial interviews (phone screen) and assess candidate suitability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS
- Connect with candidates, guide them through each stage of the hiring process, and create a seamless and engaging recruitment experience
