Job Description

: 

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment and help build a strong, engaged workforce. You will partner with business leaders to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and deliver a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has hands-on experience managing recruitment operations and building talent pipelines.

Working Hours – 2 PM to 11 PM (IST) - 5 days in Ahmedabad office.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other professional networks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role expectations, and support candidate selection.
