Join us in Monterrey, a key location in Aptiv's Integral environment! As Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, you will play a central role within Aptiv's hiring across the Americas. Having a passion for acquiring top talent, you will gain end‑to‑end exposure to recruitment activities in a fast‑paced dynamic environment across multiple business units including Software Engineering, Robotics & Autonomous vehicles. Acting as a Talent Hub to our business units, you will receive well‑rounded exposure to multiple areas of recruiting, including advisory, sourcing, talent attraction, talent intelligence, employer branding and internal mobility.

Your Role

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and wider business stakeholders across Aptiv
