Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, and place exempt and non‑exempt candidates using creative internal and external sourcing strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define adecuado candidate profiles.
  • Manage requisitions, intake calls, and serve as a liaison with external staffing agencies.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and coordinate candidate assessments and testing.
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings, advertising, and career fairs.
  • Leverage recruiting tools and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) while tracking recruiting analytics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and actively participate in company events.

Requirements
