**About the Opportunity**

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter provides full-cycle recruiting and consulting to FirstEnergy’s hiring managers across the Transmission organization. This position reports to the Supervisor, Transmission Talent Acquisition.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Focus on assisting with building out our Transmission organization
+ Holding strategic consultation meetings with hiring managers and developing job postings based on the responsibilities and qualification requirements of open positions.
+ Partnering and strategically guiding/advising hiring managers through the recruiting process from posting through candidate acceptance
+ Ensuring diversity is appropriately represented at all stages of the hiring process in compliance with the guidelines outlined in FirstEnergy’s hiring process policy (HR Letter 202)
