The Global Business Center Talent Acquisition Sourcer works collaboratively with recruiting teams and business leaders to identify and build talent pools, enabling the proactive hiring of world‑class talent across iRhythm.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse and inclusive pools of candidates.
• Source candidates for assigned openings using a variety of tools such as LinkedIn, Gem, Boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, associations, groups, events, university alumni resources, and other creative techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels and partnerships.
