A Day in the Life

Based in our Mexico City office, you will be a key player in building our new BEST Talent Acquisition team, a strategic hub designed to revolutionize recruiting across Latin America. You will support the team by focusing on young talent recruitment (interns & apprentices) for the region and assisting local hiring operations, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality candidate experience.

• Strategic Screening & Shortlisting: You will be responsible for CV screening for intern and apprentice positions, delivering high‑quality candidate longlists to our Talent Acquisition teams.
