With this role's greater level of experience, the Talent Acquisition Specialist Sr can manage technical and non-technical exempt professional positions and management positions and other related responsibilities as assigned. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal guidance. This role can also serve as a useful resource toother less seasoned Talent Acquisition employees.
