Ecolab is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will partner with managers and teams to attract and retain high-quality talent, contributing to the ongoing success of the company.

This role will support recruitment activities across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay , partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams throughout the region.

The position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina , and follows a hybrid work model .
