MAVI is seeking a motivated specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify needs and design sourcing strategies primarily focused on LATAM markets, while also utilizing creative approaches to build talent pipelines. As a critical member of our team, you will refine hiring processes to support our rapid scaling efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment for MAVI’s internal roles across functions
