We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team. Someone who brings energy to work every single day, goes out and finds great people before they find us, and represents Macadam with the kind of enthusiasm that makes candidates want to be part of this. This isn't a role where you wait for inbound . You'll own your pipelines, run your processes end-to-end, and show up as the first face of Macadam for every candidate you meet.
