Description
A growing company in the restaurant industry is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for fast-food, quick-service, casual dining, or restaurant operations and be comfortable managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and management-level roles
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
+ Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
+ Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
+ Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified restaurant industry talent
+ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
