3+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with proven expertise hiring GTM/Sales profiles (AE, AM, CSM) ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment
Good understanding of B2B commercial roles, sales cycles, and what makes a great GTM hire
Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and able to build strong pipelines on competitive profiles
Experience working directly with Sales and Revenue leaders, advising on best practices and building trust
Proven ability to manage multiple searches at once, with strong project management and prioritization skills
Obsessed with delivering a great candidate experience and representing the Spendesk brand
Curious, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve and innovate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
