Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and corporate roles.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring drives.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), colleges, and recruitment consultancies for campus drives and corporate hiring.
  
• Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, walk-ins, and hiring events.
  
• Willing to travel across the country for campus drives, recruitment events, and hiring activities.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews.
  
• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
