Job Summary:

• The position will provide an effective recruiting, sourcing and administrative process to support the Talent Acquisition Partners mainly Malaysia plant and potentially within Asia


• This role will manage onboarding coordination with candidates and different internal stakeholders and data management reporting as required which will enable TA
  
  Partners/Consultants to focus on core end to end recruiting, process improvements and strategic innovations. 


• On top of this main task, this role will also assist in the timely updates of the team’s Job Instructions, facilitating team trainings and active support in process improvement initiatives.
