• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments, and in‑person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes).
• Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
• Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard, etc.).
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Complete offer initiation for new hires.
