Reporting into the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruitment of all required positions for designated project sites, ensuring project sites are staffed in an efficient, timely manner with qualified employees while creating an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience.

Location: Mississauga, Ontario or Ottawa, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle recruitment for hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflow.
• Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for the candidate and hiring team.
• Execute strategic programs to identify and attract talent.
• Track talent acquisition metrics defined by the Senior Manager to monitor trends and determine potential improvements.
