Position Purpose The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the line manager in planning, executing, and optimizing recruitment and employer branding initiatives. The role ensures timely hiring, effective talent pipelines. Job Description Support the line manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business and workforce plans. Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and hiring for assigned roles. Source and attract candidates through multiple channels such as internal databases, job portals, advertising, placement offices, referrals, and LinkedIn. Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments, and tests for various positions, ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience.
