Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for key roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE, and many more.
Developing and implementing innovative hiring strategies using market intelligence and talent‑mapping tools.
Leveraging a mix of sourcing channels: internal/external career sites, social media with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and job boards such as JobStreet and Monster.
Familiar with hiring tools such as HireEz and ZoomInfo, leveraging employee referrals and university hiring....
