Support recruitment for Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry across diverse business units including Industrial & Environmental, Natural Resources, Connectivity & Products, Health & Nutrition, Business Assurance, and Support Functions.Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned business units, from sourcing to offer management.Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.Source and attract quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability and present quality shortlists to Hiring Managers.Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and critical positions through proactive market mapping and candidate engagement.Manage recruitment agencies and externa...
