Role Overview
We are seeking a Specialist, HR (Talent Acquisition) to support recruitment activities and local HR operations. This role will coordinate hiring across both engineering (white-collar) and technician (blue-collar) roles, while assisting with onboarding and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities - Recruitment Coordination: Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Sourcing Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, internal databases, and recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
