Position Overview
Description We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This position will lead end-to-end recruiting efforts across multiple brands and business areas, with a primary emphasis on office and sales hiring. The ideal candidate can adapt quickly, work independently with limited ramp-up time, and deliver strong recruiting results in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for openings across several brands, departments, and geographic areas.
β’ Identify and attract talent with relevant experience through proactive sourcing, resume review, outreach, and screening activities.
β’ Coordinate interviews, guide candidates through each hiring stage, and partner with stakeholders to support timely hiring decisions.
β’ Focus primarily on filling office-based roles, including sales, administrative, and corporate support positions.
