We are looking for a recruiter, not a generalist, not a coordinator, and not someone who treats recruitment as one item on a longer list. This role is dedicated exclusively to full-cycle talent acquisition for construction and field-based roles. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process for skilled trades, site supervisors, project coordinators, project managers, and multi-trade roles (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). You will be measured on speed, quality, and volume, and you will be expected to deliver. This role is for an existing vacancy.
