+ Use creative, passive, and direct sourcing techniques such as networking, relationship building, referral inquiries, candidate pipelining, database mining, internet searching, and cold calling.

+ Establish relationships with schools, businesses, and recruiters to put client at the forefront for skilled potential talent.
