Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter Trainee who is eager to start a career in Talent Acquisition. This role provides exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, supporting talent attraction efforts across multiple areas, primarily for IT and engineering profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process.


• Post job openings on job boards and professional networks.


• Conduct candidate sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.


• Perform initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual interviews.


• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
