About the Role

Brooks Automation is recruiting a Talent Attraction Partner for a 1‑year contract at our Greenfield production facility in PasirGudang, JohorBahru, Malaysia. The role focuses on high‑volume manufacturing and operations recruitment, building and maintaining a talent pool for multiple assigned functions while delivering service excellence at the highest level.

Work Location

Onsite – PasirGudang, JohorBahru.

Contract Duration

1 year (possible extension based on performance and business needs).

Language Requirements

Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Malay.

• Support high‑volume hiring for operators, technicians, and other factory‑based positions.
