Texas A&M University is embarking on a review of the performance management process for staff positions at the university, to ensure that employee successes are effectively identified, recognized and rewarded and opportunities for learning and career development are highlighted.


The Talent Management department within Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness (HROE) is seeking two Talent Management Specialist III to support this project for a nine-month period.
