We Are Hiring For Two Distinct Focus Areas

• London (Technology) – Supporting hiring across our Technology division, Salary: up to £70,000 per annum
• Southampton (Data Services/Maritime Assets) – Supporting hiring across our maritime / offshore operations, Salary: up to £50,000 per annum

Both positions require a minimum of 2 days per week in the respective offices.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business units and international locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, build hiring plans, and run effective recruitment processes.
• Source and engage high-quality talent using a mix of proactive sourcing, networks, ATS pipelines, and external platforms.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
