About The Opportunity
We're seeking a permanent, full-time Workplace Coordinator to join Tribe's Wellington office, reporting to the General Manager. You'll be the heartbeat of the office β keeping things running smoothly while supporting consultants, clients, candidates, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the Wellington office, ensuring a professional and warm experience from the moment people arrive.
- Keep the office running day-to-day, managing supplies, facilities, H&S compliance, and travel coordination.
- Provide diary, email, and administrative support to the GM and Consultants, including meeting preparation and document production.
- Support consultants with Bullhorn CRM adherence and recruitment administration including CV formatting, references, and candidate correspondence.
