Role Purpose
To provide support by handling inbound calls, managing electronic assistance requests, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans and delivering telephonic counselling sessions.
Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate is essential
- Qualified Registered Counsellor (highly advantageous), Social Worker or Psychologist
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Counsellor in a formal therapeutic role is essential
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) in a call centre environment is essential
- MS Office / Office 365 proficiency
