Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to optimize the company's overall Talent Acquisition function by working closely with HR Business Partner (HRBPs) and hiring managers in identifying and engaging top talent for ABB. Each day, you will be primarily responsible to source, attract, and pre-screen candidates.
