Responsibilities
- Source candidates on LinkedIn and call candidates (e.g. Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps)
- Conduct outreach and interviews to understand their career goals
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, from first contact to offer
- Collaborate with Account Managers who handle the client side
- Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
