Overview


The Sourcing Specialist assists the Recruitment Team in identifying top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. They are skilled in utilizing various sourcing methods and platforms to identify, engage, and nurture potential candidates for open positions.
This position will be located onsite at our Syracuse, NY location. This is not a hybrid or remote opportunity.


Responsibilities


+ Review and evaluate candidate profiles to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct telephone screening with them as required.

+ Organizes and attends internal and external job fairs and serves as a brand ambassador, effectively representing the organization's values, culture, and opportunities to potential hires.
