Responsibilities
Processing periodic safety checks, contingent worker checks and high-volume work to support the wider team.
- Liaising with internal kaimahi (employees) on requirements to complete periodic safety checks.
- Tracking, recording and updating internal systems.
- Daily use of MS Forms, Excel and SAP HRIS systems.
- Responding to and triaging recruitment and safety checking enquiries, arranging various pre-employment checks.
- Working with the Recruitment team to ensure candidates are suitably vetted and reference checked for frontline positions.
- Managing several shared inboxes and completing a range of tasks.
- Booking candidates for interview as required.
