Job Description

1. Demonstrates leadership and supervisory skills.
2. Understands and demonstrates a safety culture of always performing work safely, setting the example for other crew members.
3. Can perform roles and responsibilities without instruction from supervision.
4. Knows the sequence of activities to be performed without being directed.
5. Understands how to use and the potential outcomes of the misuse of all tank building tools and equipment.
6. Understands proper use of plate clamps, has knowledge of proper applications for wire rope and/or synthetic slings. Provides coaching/training to other crew members to improve overall crew abilities.
