Supervise hide processing on a leather tannery floor, scheduling crews through the soaking, liming, deliming, tanning-drum, and finishing stages while holding both quality and throughput targets. You will manage chemical dosing, monitor drum rotation and float temperatures, oversee effluent pre-treatment, and rigorously enforce safety procedures around hazardous baths. Leather-trade experience, proven supervisory ability, and familiarity with chrome and vegetable tanning are needed.
