Minimum of 2 years of combined experience in the roofing or construction industry working in an architectural/structural design or project estimating position.
Diploma or greater in Construction or Project Management, General Business, Architectural Design, or other related educational experience.
Knowledge of basic roofing principles, codes, etc. preferred.
Previous experience with Taper Plus, AutoCAD, and computers preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Able to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, specifications, and drawings.
Professional communication skills with a proficiency in English, both oral and written, is required.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
