We are looking for a TAq Partner to join the team and support hiring throughout the United States. This role will be responsible for delivering a high-quality full-cycle recruitment process. It involves partnering with hiring managers and team members to identify talent, develop hiring strategies, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities
Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for roles focused on the US marketCollaborate with the Global Recruitment organisation to support the implementation of recruitment processes, standards, and success measuresWork with EBRM and other partners to develop and review candidate-facing communications in line with employer brand guidelinesEnsure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely, and consistent communication throughout the hiring processProvide advice and support that assist hiring managers in ...
