Job Overview

As an internal trainee in continuous improvement, you will work on efficiency and waste reduction projects in the assigned production line using TPM methodology.

Responsibilities

• Observe, analyze and challenge existing practices and processes in the plant.
• Track KPIs, identify root causes of deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Train and support plant staff in TPM tools.
• Participate in the selection and implementation of Kaizen improvement ideas.

Requirements

• University degree or higher (Agronomic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology).
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
