**Job Summary**

Responsible providing tax support on planning, audit, accounting and legal related matters for assigned business unit/subsidiary operations as they affect corporate taxes. Actively monitors developments within business unit/subsidiary operations and provide recommendations on related tax matters. Collaborates with other Corporate Departments as necessary.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Prepares and analyzes various tax laws, regulations and procedures. Analyzes and reviews monthly management reports.
+ Responsible for ad-hoc projects related to tax discipline. Analyzes and summarizes tax information and prepares reports of recommendations.
+ Supports team in the formulation of analyses relating to assigned tax area. Provides support with tax audit activities as applicable.
+ Coordinates, prepares and/or reviews tax returns, tax filings, registrations or any other tax compliance requirements as necessary.
