Responsibilities

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns in accordance with Thailand tax laws (e.g., VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax) by the established deadlines, preferably without need for revision.
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings and payments to local authorities.
• Use comprehensive tax knowledge to maximize benefits and deductions.
• Maintain compliance with both direct and indirect tax regulations.
• Maintain complete and accurate tax records for internal and external audits.
• Prepare and issue tax certificates as required by Thailand regulations.
• Ensure all tax invoices are received and properly gathered from vendors.
• Check that tax invoices comply with Thailand regulatory requirements.
